Service Overview
Dumpsters by Agliano provides dumpster rental services for residential, commercial, and construction projects. Our services include delivery, placement, pickup, and disposal of non-hazardous waste materials. By booking a dumpster, you acknowledge that our services are intended for lawful waste disposal only and must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Use of Service
Customers agree to use rented dumpsters only for approved materials. Acceptable waste generally includes household junk, yard debris, construction debris, and other non-hazardous materials. Hazardous, toxic, or restricted items are strictly prohibited. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that no prohibited materials are placed in the dumpster. Improper use may result in additional charges, removal of the dumpster, or termination of service.
Rental Period and Scheduling
Rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking. Standard residential services include a 10-day rental. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate various project timelines, including short-term and extended rentals. While we strive to meet requested delivery and pickup times, all schedules are subject to availability, traffic conditions, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. Dumpsters by Agliano is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery and Placement
Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the safe placement of the dumpster. The designated area should be level, dry, and free of obstacles such as low-hanging wires, vehicles, or debris. If placement is requested on public property or streets, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any required permits. Our drivers will make reasonable efforts to place the dumpster in the requested location, but final placement is at their professional discretion to ensure safety and accessibility.
Weight Limits and Capacity
Each dumpster size comes with a specified weight limit or tonnage capacity. Customers agree not to exceed the maximum weight allowed for the selected dumpster. Dumpsters shall not be overloaded and/or not exceed height and weight limits. Overloading a dumpster or exceeding weight limits may result in additional fees. Customers are encouraged to consult our dumpster selection guidance when choosing an appropriate size for their project.
Prohibited Items
Certain materials are strictly prohibited from being placed in our dumpsters. These include, but are not limited to, hazardous chemicals, flammable substances, asbestos, medical waste, batteries, tires, electronics, and other regulated or environmentally restricted items. Disposal of prohibited materials may result in fines, additional charges, or refusal of service. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with these restrictions.
Pricing and Payments
Dumpster rental pricing is provided in advance and is based on factors such as dumpster size, rental duration, location, and type of debris. While we emphasize transparent pricing, additional fees may apply in cases of overloading, prohibited items, extended rental periods, or service modifications. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking, and customers agree to complete payment in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Cancellations and Modifications
Customers may request changes or cancellations to their reservation, subject to availability and notice requirements. Any modifications to scheduled delivery or pickup should be communicated in advance. Cancellation policies may include fees depending on the timing of the request and any preparations already made for delivery.
Permits and Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations, including obtaining any necessary permits for placing dumpsters on public property.
Limitation of Liability
Dumpsters by Agliano is not liable for damages resulting from improper placement instructions provided by the customer, unsafe site conditions, or failure to obtain necessary permits. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dumpsters by Agliano from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the dumpster or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Waste Disposal and Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to responsible waste disposal and recycling practices. Materials collected through our services may be transported to approved facilities for sorting, recycling, or disposal in accordance with environmental regulations. Customers agree to follow all guidelines to ensure safe and compliant waste handling.
Service Termination
Dumpsters by Agliano reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if a customer violates these Terms and Conditions, provides inaccurate information, or engages in unsafe or unlawful activities. In such cases, additional charges may apply, and the dumpster may be removed without prior notice.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
